normal attack 3 times with piper then Ex E, she spins like way way way faster.
after 3 attacks normal hold skill? or just press once? haven't build her yet

while this is true. her 3 basic attacks tend to take enough time for the enemy to interrupt her. so you're either forced to dash or get interrupted.
dash + attack can also do the same thing along with immunity frames but requires to wait for the enemy to attack first
Excellent work. My own team is probably going to have Piper work with Nicole instead of Koleda since she seems to have pretty fast Corruption build-up.

Most of the games are making 5 mill or less and are the 90% majority . Zzz and HSR can not make any profit for a year and still be alive . Whales don’t fund as much as you think since hoyoverse is a billion dollar company compared to others like kuro . Barely a million dollar .

ellen joe at m2 is great u can literally do alot of sharknami without spending more ex special energy. but u need 2 more copies of her. :)
Can you please explain how do you do this "diving" attack directly after basic attack 3 using Ellen Joe without her 2 "tail" attacks. I dont get how do you do this.

Pen ratio helps ignore enemy defense. One of the best stats in the game.

it's because she isn't meant to build up anomaly but to build up stun. unless u build her with some anomaly i guess it could work but a bit faster? u could use her with ben if that will help anything

I think u could build Luciana as a Nuke character to get better score and finish early, i mean, abuse the ult scale, even in lvl 40 she can do more of 200k each hit of the ult, is crazy.
(crit rate, PEN and a lot of atk)

Ellen likely be powercreeped by Miyabi in 1.3, being ICE too, but still wroth it to roll since most fun to play.
In beta she dont have any class, she could be anomaly when got release.
they either make her role to be anomaly or change her attribute to be something like ether or electric if they plan to release her in the near future.
Get powercreep in 3 patches is still to fast imo, but well who knows..

Everyone is using underleveled characters compared to the enemies in shiyu. It would be weird to not seem like an hp sponge.
