bonjours suivant ma sensibilité et les recommandations de >Noelle Perezz Christianes pratiquante de la méthode Iyengar depuis 1956, je propose de travailler la jambe pliée et de faire des étirements doux, de vérifier si il n y a pression sur la tête de fémur
de mettre un support sur la tete si le cou n est pas droit et un support sous les fesses, de faire des faibles amplitudes avec le genou plié pour vérifier si il n y a dysfoctionement du col fémur, attenition le cotyle et la tête de fémur ont des tubérosités qui limitent les amplitudes : le yoga est le chemin pas le but
lois est d'aplomb et à de longues jambes, a titre personnel, je préférais faire sur une chaise,
