i used mihoyo's english translation because i'm not good enough to understand zhongli :') mhy's translation is actually pretty good, but some of the more subtle meanings in the chinese words are not carried over... oh well, such is the woe of languages i suppose

My Chinese isn't the best but! I think it means something along the lines of
"Seeing you for the first time
Felt like a reunion of old friends
I am lucky to have met you
This fateful encounter is worth remembering

'与君初相识 犹如故人归' this line is from a Chinese poem, which the author is unknown.
It basically says:" when meeting you the first time, I feel like rencountering with an old friend. "
I think the 3rd to 5th line means: "it is lucky for me to meet you, the fateful coincidence (yuanfen缘分) of our encounter should be memorized. Happy birthday Zhongli."
Sorry my English is not very good, so there might be some mistakes in the translation.

idk why but this voice actor give me the impression that he has a cold.
He speaks in idioms which is very hard for me to read and understand since Mandarin is my secondary language. But this speech style suits him very well because he is portrayed as a wise and knowledgeable god.
