Master Cups are a weekly tournament series for master duel. They are bo3 with a 15 card side deck, and there is usually a stream for coverage too. Entry is free, so if you are interested in playing then join the Master Duel France discord server. - / discord
The music is all original soundtracks from the Touhou game series. I just like the music, it's very cool.
Music 1 = Suwa Foughten Field.

these games were insane just two top decks competing at max power level…. it was a crazy back and forth holy in each game

i think they will. and it wouldnt be so bad personally. the deck can easily survive a few light hits, and when its not so popular a lot of opponents forget how to fight it, and their lists dont prepare as much.

The fact that you changed your name out of such adoration and respect makes you a certified sweetie. I'm an April fan too as branded probably has the highest level of intricacies from any other archetype and April is one of the best pilots of this deck. Happy poly-ing to us all :D
16:40 can someone explain why is Droplet activatable? I thought the Branded Lost is protecting the fusion summoning.
Fusion duplication's effect isn't a fusion summon, it's an effect that copies an effect, so lost doesn't protect
Hello April, gratz on the 1st place, hope you dont mind me asking, what do you think about the powerlevel of snake-eyes?
a lot of people seem to dislike the tier 0 snake-eyes format, but honestly it doesnt even look strong to me, it has great recovery but almost any disruption seems to absolutely destroy snake-eyes, i think coming from a format with shs, manadium, kash, and VS, they dont seem that strong, i really like the amount of interaction in this format
snake has a lot of interactive gameplay yeah. i like the deck a lot. its not really tier 0 i think. branded is honestly just as strong.

Ive been back and forth on thrust vs nadir servant in ranked and it seems you alternated between them during the tournament. What would you say determines playing one over the other?
i didnt alternate. i prefer thrust. nadir was played in my side deck for going 1st. usually i take out superpoly or maxx c or ash for going 1st. its important not to brick on non-engine in this deck, so i side extra engine

its a best of 3 tournament that uses a side deck. the droll is in my side deck and i sided it in for that matchup.

you can lulu instead of quaeritis. its only a little bit better to play quaeritis imo. you 100% want a 2nd jade though

i think quaritis is better. its only the mirror where you really really want prosk. queritis has better aplication for superpoly, and branded in red.@@iCockaine
What are you thinking of replacing the one copy of opening with?
so i dont normally just replace cards that get banned or hit, i think its better to build the deck from scratch again. In this case though, i think the fix is pretty simple. ill probably play a few less cards if i can, and play a 2nd copy of kitt, or maybe some nadir servants.

soul piercer not a big deal. opening is annoying, but branded is still very very strong 💥

i think branded is good with any amount of cards. you just have to scale the number of starters, non-engine, and bricks appropriately

I'm happy for you April, I just hate Konami for being unfair. They hit most of my deck i played:
- D-Link (Dead)
- Purrely (Dead)
- Kashtira (more bricked to dead)
- Labrynth (4/10 games being unbrick)
But they keep Branded untouched 😔.
I mean, without any further hit Kashtira already bricked but they keep hitting it. Idk if Purrely is good when they're release the smol Noir with the current banlist.
Arent all those decks meta, tho?(kinda expected those to get hit eventually) and excuse me if this sounds rude, but Kashtira was trash on day 1 and was always a bricky mess

i side the nadir servant for when im going 1st. its important not to brick on non-engine when i go 1st, so i take out superpoly or maxx c or ash for extra starters.
