NHRA needs to just go all “ ProNitrous “….. it’s impossible trying to make a hundred power adders even, it’s not logical & the worse part is we as spectators sit back & say “ Dam with all these power adders in Promodified these cars are not a full second faster than normally aspirated NHRA Prostock cars “…….Go ProNitrous & eliminate all the restrictions & remove all the excessive weight & let the fans see ProNitrous run the 1/4mile at 5.40 @ 260mph….

Mr.Stevie Fast would you be in favor of NHRA converting Promodified to just ProNitrous & make it mandatory that drivers have to manually shift that 3 speed Lenco transmission ??? Take the weight out & remove the silly restrictions & let these ProNitrous cars put on a real show for fans….it will be so much more exciting this way & it will let fans see how fast these Nitrous cars can run the 1/4mile without the handcuffs on…..blowers should be for Alcohol Funnycar & dragster…..if it’s enough then also have a Promodified class just for turbos & call it ProTurbo but combining some many power adders & placing restrictions on them every week is pissing off racers & fans because no matter who wins a Promodified event it’s always gonna have fans & drivers saying “ Well if we didn’t have to add weight or If we didn’t have to reduce our overdrive we would have blown everybody away “

The rules should stand for the season. The NHRA punishes winners for playing by the rules. Do they reimburse teams for their time and money spent on testing and development when they change the rules?
