I like how he talks to us as though we just have a Kalamazoo gaucho grill in our backyard to throw meat on!

Very funny situation we have with lamb. Where do I live (America) is a very underrated meat. There’s very low demand of lamb meat comparing with pork, chicken or red meat. Then you go Spain, UK, Australia, etc and its a luxury to eat lamb. I love the taste and versatility of this meat.

    Does this look right?
    1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 Soy Sauce
    2 TBS Olive Oil
    1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
    1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
    1/4 Chinese Mustard
    3 TBS Chopped Garlic
    2 TBS Chopped Ginger
1 Lemon Juiced and the zest

I tried this but used 1/2 c Worcestershire and 1/2 cup soy and 1/4 cup oil. Your portions seem ok though. My lamb cooked a little quicker on my 22” Weber grill. Around an hour max.

I would try the glaze while the leg is roasting, but I wouldn't spoon it onto my plate to dip. you'd be hiding the taste of lamb

most people who dislike lamb must've had some really crumby lamb as kids, maybe mutton. I was cooking lamb in the firehouse one day when one of the guys walked into the kitchen, smelled it roasting, started gagging and fled from the kitchen. poor bastard
