Our son is 11 yo. We also travel together by car, not a 4x4 yet, but long trips; our last one was almost 4.000 km long. It is a great moment to strengthen bonds and create good memories for sure.

Thank you! We do have fun when we’re out or traveling. Being together is the whole adventure. My tip is to take food they like and don’t especially have at home such as cereals full of sugar for the breakfast ;) going out regurlarly also helps a lot !

😆 that scarf didn’t want to stay in place. Haha well it might be for TT but it’s also part of teens life today. Since we do many activities together and they also have different activities and hobbies, I don’t feel it takes too much over their life ;)

It is a good feeling inside. My two are grown up and gone now on their own. It did go fast and Ma and I miss them.
Happy we decided to add on more memories and adventures before they leave to live them on their own :)

You have thought them Life skills and it’s lacking in alot of young people they would rather play video games 🥴
they’ll certainly tend to stay indoors and play video games if we don’t take the responsibility as parents to not not let that take over
