I like almost all your plans, they all look too good & luxurious even in such small plot areas! But pls also make alternate plans which are more practical for indian houses keeping these 4 things in mind:
1. Summer: Here in India it gets too hot in summers and in such plans too much sunlight and glass house effect can make such houses too hot
2. Rains: all open areas in such plans will be a nuisance in rainy season specially in cities with good rains every year
3. Plants: specially such long creepers, maintaining them will be next to impossible, and even if it’s maintained, lots of mosquitoes, insects, lizards will be there inside house
4. Safety: for elders & children, climbing stairs & from thefts!
Other than these 4 points, your plans are superb that’s why I am giving a constructive feedback 😊So pls make more videos with similar plot areas but more practical plans keeping above things in mind!

I am Naveen from Hyderabad. Saw this design and was convinced to contact the team. Gave my house requirement which is 35*70. I was pleasantly surprised by the 1st copy. 1. I highly doubt whether you can park 2 cars
2. There are 3 bathrooms in the first floor where are the other 2
3. No privacy in having the pool in entrance. Better move it to 2nd floor

3. May be, but the client's choice needs to be addresses first. After all, a swimming pool is a costly affair, may be client wants a lil. show off.
