This was pretty cool to see, I've never used Oranges for my colonies because of it being frowned apon lol but this is super cool to see!! Can't wait to see the end result!! BTW where could I get those green dividers you have to sort them, I need that in my life lol

Thanks John. We feed them several times a week. Don't really have a set schedule. Just when we have the time.
I just want to say THANK YOU!!! Thank you so very much foe you time amd knowledge!! I just finally got the money to order 100 males and 500 females. Im also feeding the females so i wqnted to make sure i cant fail. So i got my setup which i dont feed any from and then the gut loaded feeders separately. So far so good. There so got damned cute they look like they have little helmets on and are peeking😅 😊 there fricken cute for being roaches. Their little heads can lay flat on thir bodies or come out and litterally look around i fricken love em 😂 but yeah your amazing!!! Hopefully this time next year i will be a successful reptile feeder and breeder business owner!! all kinds of different isect choices!!! Also can you do more on your sifters!!! I truly need those so bad omg!! I absolutely love you guys!!! Im definitely subscribing and ordering from you next time. If there is a next time im really tring here being a single mom with no job and i think im the shit 😂 for whwt i have to work with i do a damn good job!! I adopted my bearded dragon for an absolutely TERRIBLE HOME.. 😢 hes now healthy, happy and sleeping on his baby yoda pillow under his blanky 🥹 weve come a long way. Hii! I also take care and breed some dubias. What are your suggestions for some specific fruits/vegetables that dubias like a lot? It would be great if it also makes them more prolific.

Do u have a video on how u made your tote holes.. Im wanting to add holes to my roach tote and not use the ghetto rig methed of screen and hot glue lol..ty

But you counted 100 roaches in the non-orange bin to calculate 100 roaches per 5 grams. Did I miss the part where you measured 100 roaches for the orange fed bin? Obviously you got more weight with the orange fed roaches so that is a positive, but I’d like to see how many grams 100 orange fed roaches weighs. I think that would give you a more accurate unit count on the roaches. Again, if I missed the part where you weighed out 100 each bin, my apologies.
Hello. We only feel the need to count 100 roaches once regardless of which bin it comes from because the babies in both bins are the same age ( month- we do count every month) and they are the same small size. Technically the experiment works great just comparing over all grams from each bin. I only did a count to give an number count difference between them which by best is a close enough estimate. So how did you set these bins up? Did you just grab females, or are they all freshly molted never had babies before females?
They are set up with equal amount of roaches in them with a ratio of 4 females to 1 male. They are a equal mixture of established breeders and freshly molted breeders. They have everything the same except blue bin gets oranges. Thanks for watching 👀 🙂
