This whole time I believed the og cast didn't want to do season 3, and now I'm upset we didn't get their college/growing into the young adulthood stage.
Production changed the cast lineup according to Lara Jean Marshall in an interview for season 3. Shame!
I honestly wish you og saddle club cast got the opportunity to do season 3. I grew up with you guys as the og saddle club and season 3 is nothing it is not the same and I hate it! I still watch the og saddle club to this day and I'm 32 lmao
I remember when they switched cast members and I was apart of the fan group that was annoyed that they replaced them and she’s so right you know? I was upset and I felt offended because we definitely loved the og girls. It was definitely for a whole new audience for sure

I highly recommend this program for your family, you won't be disappointed . Really good acting from these young ladies. And there friendship in real life is fantastic.

I can't remember the name of the episode about a wild horse that was going to be put down
and Lara Jean Marshall's character saved the horse by loving the horse with her gentleness. Good episode that
featured her acting ability.

I really loved this part of my childhood
I loved the theme song and I wasn’t that into horses but I loved the show. it’s an iconic Aussie show so nostalgic.
4:25 I could not agree more. They should have continued with the original cast! I stopped watching the moment they brought in a new cast.. it wasn’t the same and could never be as good. I wish we could have watched your characters as teens and young adults navigating dating/friendships/school/etc with the horses and stables.
Agree or if they wanted to target a younger audience and keep it a kids’ show they should have just starting with a new generation of the saddle club, like completely new characters like they did with the sleepover club
In the 2nd season episode Finishing strongly from the saddle club, Lisa Atwood is crying her eyes out because she will miss prancer for as long as she lives and she'll never forget her.

that show shaped my riding future I have been riding since 5 years old now 28 and my son rides now too and have broke and trained my own wild horse now have had him 12 years do you talk to any cast members still

I can understand feeling like a huge fan and stuff because I loved this show growing up BUT I’m such a fan that I would consider the fact that they are people too and don’t want to sing those songs and stuff you know like it’s old for them. It’s sad people don’t really think about that and just rush people expecting them to be the same person who filmed it
they shouldve had the same cast for the 3rd season. i assume thats why the 3rd season is the last. nobody was watching the 3rd season
