Regarding durability, I have the Nano Falcon and I've probably crashed it 100 times and it still works great.

I had problem with my Nano Falcon: at first it simply didn't work (light was working, but propeller didn't move). I gave it back to the store and got another one: it was only spinning and wobbling without tacking off. So I went back to the store again and changed it for a third one: it's flying like at the end of the review (wobbling but still controllable). I am disappointed. Yep, "Definitely not a speed demon", also definitely not a flying angel!

+Flyin' Ryan RCI bought this yesterday. When I try to lift off it and hover, however it turn out a bit difficult and very unstable. And sometime it stall (just playing with up and down stick. Ia this normal?
The "stall" is probably due to infrared interference. Try to keep it out of direct sunlight, or bright lights and big TVs.

hello I am sure this is an odd question but when flying my drone and I use rec for the video and I crash do I turn off the transmitter or keep it on because I tried to watch my video and it was corrupted tx u

hey Ryan....can you help me with one of my problems....my bro bought this helicopter and it wobbles a lot...I don't know why....but when I control it it is also...I too want to buy a helicopter but I cant choose between the nano fancon xs or the blue tech drone....can you do a review on the silver lot blue tech drone

If it wobbles, there's a good chance it's broken in some way. Maybe one of the links from the flybar to the main rotor has broken off? It doesn't seem likely that I'll be reviewing the Blue Tech Drone, and I'm also not really a fan of app-only control.

+Cr125stin That is actually quite a bit bigger than this (and even bigger than the previous smallest, Nano Falcon), but yeah, that was a nice flying little heli. :)

there is another brand that goes by the name "Mycropodz" that claims their mini apache is the worlds smallest, not sure about that.

That is the same thing as this. This was branded as "Pico Falcon" by a Japanese brand.
I have that exact same helicopter. It didn't work at all. The light turned on and then it just turned off slowly and then I take it off and put it back on and the light turned on and same thing and then tried to take off nothing absolutely nothing happened.
It's strange... A flyin' fish, and Elsie looks bored looking at it... Maybe it was nap time and... bla bla bla,,,, lol :P

We bought a helicopter that broke its rotary tail after two weeks. I've written customer service 4 times, but as soon as they find out we are from Canada - no response. Is this the normal customer service?
+Duncan McLean I highly doubt it has anything to do with you being from Canada. And, the damage is likely due to crashing, which I don't think is an issue that customer service should cover anyway. RCs are not indestructible, and if they break from crashing, that is to be expected, and is not a flaw.
+Flyin' Ryan RC Thanks for the response. The flaw is not with the product, but with their customer service. The product works very well, but as soon as they find out the shipping address is in Canada, there is no response, even after repeated emails.
+Duncan McLean I really don't know... I'm just a reviewer and not associated with any of these companies, nor do I really know any specifics about their customer service. My comment was meant more in that I don't really think they should feel a sense of needing to do anything for you, but maybe they were offering you something, just to be nice. But, maybe shipping to Canada adds an extra cost, which then makes it not worth their effort/money to replace something that they technically have no obligation to replace. I'm just grasping at straws, basically.

Like I said, they all have good range. And there are so many to choose from, it's hard for me to really make a suggestion. I think they all, or at least most, have LEDs, so they could all be seen at night, but again, you're gonna have a hard time seeing it at much distance because of its size.

Let's see.... charge time is about 4 hours, and then she runs for about 5 minutes, and then right back to another 4 hour recharge. Yaw rate is really slow, and she's pretty heavy in the air... not very sporty. She'd rather just sit on the shelf and look good.

Oh, that makes sense why you didn't compare it to the Pico Falcon. I really like the looks of these 2, remind me of Nemo because of that tiny tail rotor.
But honestly, I can't imagine them making a snaller one, same with the FX 10.

I'm right. My flight times are real-world tested and averaged over numerous flights.

Right! I just picked up a Blade nano cps. I'm very happy with it! XK makes a little brushless cp that got my attention.
