Another Gud Un Lucy . I can honestly say I have enjoyed all your videos , even when we were in the deepest depths of covid and there was no light anywhere, you were always upbeat telling us constantly better times were ahead ,and as usual you were right . Stayed there many times. My favourite Benidorm hotel , even before the fantastic upgrade.

The hotel look to be a big improvement on the old one.The only gripe i would have is paying for the room safe.We always stay at a Servigroup hotels and they stopped charging for safes a few years ago after they had so many adverse comments about the charge.
There is absolutely no justification for charging extra to use the safe, a total con which many Spanish hotels are guilty of.

Lovely looking hotel but the pool areas dont look big enough to accommodate the amount of guests the hotel can hold.

very unlikely at full capacity every client will be at the pool at once, as with every hotel they work out an average ratio
Well spotted, 3 days I couldn't get a lounger so had too head down beach. Towels all down before 8am, so annoying 🙄
Booked this hotel for my very first holiday in Benidorm in 1990!! Since then I have been hooked on Benidorm!! Will be returning back to this hotel for the first time since Covid; in September. Thankyou for this amazing insight. You are the star of Benidorm!! Just adore watching your videos. They have kept me going through the whole pandemic.

Brilliant,…I discovered recently that I stayed at the Reymar when I was 16 (1983) and have been trying to see if the hotel was still there…..loved the video, thanks 😎
Stayed there during my first holiday abroad 1977, I can only recall ladies wandering around the pool crying, Elvis had died.
Just booked my flights and hotel for my annual trip March 14th for four cracking days betting watching Cheltenham

Stayed there a few time, Christmas dinner was fantastic, one of the best hotels in Benidorm.

Loved your video, we are visiting February 19th 2022 for 5 nights full board. This will be my first visit to Benidorm. The hotel looks amazing 😊 we have requested a first or low floor with a sunny balcony 🤞 we get some sun.

I have been to the old Ambassafor hotel 4 times before covid and although not coming this year really looking forward to next year,maybe even stay longer now I’ve seen the beautiful changes… can’t wait!!

none really, it's just 2 blocks of the same hotel. 1 has a few more rooms than the other, that's about the only difference.

The entertainment (neptunes bar) was filmed in Morgan Tavern, which is reopening tomorrow. The hotel (solana) was filmed at the Pelicanos. Yes both places are still here

I've just watched the video. You said the safety deposit box in the room was €2 a night. Me and my wife stayed there in June this year for 11 nights. We paid €40 for the safety deposit box.
Hi Lucy, I can guarantee the rooms are definitely not sound proof. Just got back and have to say the hotel looks very nice. To me food is still 3 star {average} also I dread to see the sunbed situation come the summer months. For those reasons I will choose elsewhere in future.

Servus from Germany, We are thinking of traveling to Benidorm from 28.12 to 2.01. Are there many bars and restaurants open? And is that something offered at parties etc.? Thanks in advance
Yes most places open for New Year and many bars and hotels hold special events with goodies on offer
Nice hotel not far from the beach but if you want to go to the town is too far if it’s late at night coming back you have to get a taxi that will cost you otherwise it looks nice it’s got a fridge inside which I like and you can make your own tea I’ve been to Benidorm but when I go I like to eat Spanish foodI only go half-board in case I want to go out in the daytime I don’t want to rush back for my meals
