Hemkund Sahib yatra July 2024 - Govind Ghat to Govind Dham Tracking Part 4

The trek from Govind Ghat to Govind Dham (also known as Ghangaria) is a picturesque journey through the Himalayas in Uttarakhand, India. It covers approximately 13 kilometers, starting from Govind Ghat, at an altitude of around 6,000 feet, and ascending to Ghangaria, at about 10,000 feet. The trail is well-marked and passes through lush forests, rivers, and waterfalls, offering stunning views of the surrounding peaks. It serves as the base for treks to Hemkund Sahib and the Valley of Flowers.
