    Hmm...a couple of points - when the receptionist checks the woman's reservation, she asks for her credit card. At that point we hadn't established the woman was paying by card, the receptionist should have ask the woman what method of payment she wished to use first. Also, instead of walking all the way to the cash machine and back before she got a taxi, why didn't the woman just get in the taxi first and ask the driver to stop at a cash machine on the way ?
