A fan favourite of many a neutral, Trundle's time in the EFL will never be forgotten due to the former Swansea man's trickery, goal-scoring ability and downright cheekiness!

What a player Lee was. How nobody gave him a chance in the Premier league is a total mystery to me. I'd have loved to have seen him play for my team Preston, but injury wrecked it. I hope he's well & happy 👏 👏
we signed him when he was too old to play really, he wasn't good enough for the premier league but he was talented

Always a question of where would Lee had been and how far he could of gone if he was in a mid table premier league team with top level coaches and European players he was trying with earlier in his career?...but regardless, he lit up the championship to give fans that "must watch" outside of the prem teams back them days.
