I have a friend of a friend who fought and beat leukemia when he was 13 or so. I didn't know him personally, but it's great when I think that, indirectly, he touched my life, and to know that people out there are working with organizations like these. :)

Andrew also made a movie shoing his life during his process of leukemia and the treatment and how it affected him both physically and emotionally! He sure is amazing and every time I listen to their songs I think of him and his struggle, especially the album the glass passenger. The songs Swim and Hammers&Strings are beautiful. Lots of love for u whos supporting this foundation and cancerresearch etc.

Hammers and Strings(lullaby) was written for Andrew's loved one (if I remember the story correctly) when they were with him in the hospital. It is really beautiful. The story this album is telling is absolutely amazing!
