Toby I wish I could explain to you how God knows how deep your hurt is, he has lead me to John 3:16 so many ways through many people, singers, signs ect. All related to that scripture, it was unbelievable & through your song about your son he definitely trying to reach you. I hope soon I’ll be able to explain in details with words to write about it. there’s so much to this story, it becomes so overwhelming He is urging me consistently. This video is another example of God’s coaxing, to get this out to you & others it involves, since I seen this video I believe more so to you than the others.I’m just in awe, so amazing God is! That man refused to listen to us nor respond as to whether he stood up to the Grammy's/ why he didn't stand up to the Grammy's for God and Jesus and morality, or at least walk out! Do something, say something! He did none of those things. I cannot listen to nor follow him anymore, ever again, as stated in the Forever Laws of God in the Bible. This is not ok. Seek God Toby Mac! Repent! You need the Holy Spirit to guide you and work in you and work through you! That's it.
Do none of the people commenting about how they lost their own children to a drug overdose feel a shred of guilt? Do any of them realize not only did they fail as a parent, but their child is in hell now?
My Mother taught me you will be surprised who is in Heaven but you will be shock at who is in hell. Most of these kids would have made it back to Jesus except for the drugs these days are now laced with Fentanyl!!! Deadly drugs Now! Just one time can kill someone. I agree that we will be shocked to see people in hell who outwardly claimed to be Christian, but I seriously doubt we will be shocked by who's in heaven from our lifetimes with extremely few exceptions. When someone is living in abject sin, like these people killing themselves with drugs, they will answer for it.
Choice is for all people who are accountable for themselves. Losing a family member who made a free choice to reject Christ is still very real and heartbreaking. We who are still in the land of the living must glorify Him in our lives, even though we carry the grief and burden of failure screaming at us.
