Chris Stapleton is his own genre of music unto himself, I have read somewhere he listed BB King, Muddy Waters and some other blues artists as influences on his type of music. I was Wrong is another soulful song yall should react to. The man is incredibly talented.

Chris Stapleton is from eastern Kentucky. When the horrible floods hit eastern Kentucky in summer of 2022, Chris was there helping to get supplies to the people. He also had a concert at Rupp Arena with other singers from eastern Kentucky. Patti Loveless, Dwight Yoakum, Tyler Childers, Ricky Scraggs. I think they raised about 2 million dollars. Go to the site of CMT award show and listen to Chris & Patti Loveless singing, You'll Never Leave Harlan Alive. Don't have to react just listen.

If you haven't seen "it's a man's world"then you haven't really seen Chris. He was out at a bar and the band recognize him and asked him to do a song. He stepped up and gave a Grammy award performance with a band he didn't even know.

I typically say to always find live performances from Chris, but try the studio version of, "Death Row." I chose the other songs because they're so different from what you've heard from him, I thought you'd really enjoy seeing how incredibly versatile he is-- a James Brown cover he blows out of the water, "Sometimes I Cry" which I'm thinking is different from anything you've ever heard from him or anybody, etc.
I Was Wrong, I'm suggesting because you loved this one so much, I'm thinking you'll feel the same about that one-- plus at the end, he just goes off on the guitar, in a way I'm thinking you haven't seen, and will really be into.
Also, his fans are very loyal, as you've noticed, so I'm thinking going back to him might be very popular and get lots of views and likes, which never hurts.
