      Glad you like it. Yes, it will work on bigger cars, it may even be easier to make these suspension on a larger model.

    My matchbox Lamborghini lm002 have the rivet in the middle, I can't bore a hole through the spring, what should I do?

    • @WhattoRepair
      @WhattoRepair  Před 7 měsíci

      If you dont want to bore hole in the spring maybe you can use two narrow springs, so rivet is in the middle of two springs.

    If you put two Springs on top of eachother would that make it stiffer

    Very nice idea. What about that Music wire/Spring wire, but, 1 wire per side? Same thing right?

      I'm not sure on what you think. Where did you saw that wire? I'm using only one spring per car. Can you write the time where you saw that?

      @@WhattoRepair I meant what if I used music wire or Spring wire instead of that flat wide metal you used.. That could work also.

    • @WhattoRepair
      @WhattoRepair  Před rokem

      Oh, I understand now. Yes, of course, any spring wire will work. Some manufacturers use spring wire as suspension in diecast cars, for example Majorette. I would make small change, I would glue something in the middle of two wires, to keep wires apart and in place. You can even glue two short pieces of same wire in the middle. To get shape like letter H. Or you can bend one long wire in rectangle shape, that will also work.

      @@WhattoRepair Yes. Thanks. 2 Straight pieces of.32 mm. 1 left side, front to back, and 1 rightside, front to back. It works! Thanks.
