Bought the Edge Power Nozzle yesterday from Alex at Performance Vacuum. He helped me out after dealing for 3 weeks with another vacuum dealer and not ever receiving my product ordered. Performance Vacuum has a variety of central vacuums to choose from, a great showroom. Alex was knowledgeable and polite. He spent time with me, went over the different options I like the idea of the power nozzles are made in Germany and the hose in USA verses China. Prices were fair especially for the peace of mind that if repair or additional items are needed down the road he is available. Thanks for the shopping experience, highly recommend.
