Bro sirf ek cheej se shuru kar, it is my experience, over time kuch change na aayega. Pick a paper and write three or 2 goals like, waking up early, going for jog and then stick to it. Do not try to do everything at once. Gradually you will see some changes in you. Then go for another things like reading, try to learn a new word or new book or new perception . And stick to it for while, like if you read any sort of book of an army officer or self help and in that book you liked a quality or trait which you want to inculcate within you then do not move to other things until you do so. Keep practising, keep learning and yes sometimes you will fail or most of the times but then do not judge yourself and move on.
I am writing this from my experience of my ssb preparing journey.
