Been thinking of getting one of these for about a year now. I'm kinda worried about the gas mileage since a lot of these reviews aren't even getting 40mpg. Did see an article saying they tested it and got 40 on the freeway going 75mph which is pretty good. Saw some other forum posts saying low 50s in the countryside. Currently in my mitsubishi mirage I get on avg 40city 53freeway just driving moderately and not warming up the car or anything like that. Hopefully I can still get around the same mileage, I test drove the versa 2023 and 2024 model years 5 times hahahaha and the first 4 didn't let me drive on the freeway, and one one place did THE FREEWAY WAS BUMPER TO BUMPER TRAFFIC. Still got 38mpg even after rush hour city traffic which was about what my mirage gets in that area during those times. Should be alright.
I would get a new sr for the 50+ hp that is needed here in socal. I would get a used mirage or even Prius if you find one for the mileage. I wouldn’t buy a new mirage or Prius tho and wouldn’t get a used versa.
@@shaiapouf442 I actually already own a mirage and put 106k miles on it since new. It's the only car I have ever owned and i just wanted something new but decided to just keep the mirage since I have no complaints about it. Don't really NEED a new car tbh.
My 2010 and 2015 Versa's were a lot better. The back seats have little leg room. The trunk is smaller than before. You can't get an auto dim rear view mirror or fog lights. The front passenger seat can not be raised or lowered. There are crevices where leaves and twigs accumulate that cannot be easily removed. The rear view camera needs to be dealer installed but you will have to fight the dealership for it. The camera size and capability is only worth $50 compared to other dash cams and not $360.
Thanks for posting that. Did you pay MSRP, over MSRP, or under MSRP for your 2024 Versa SR? Did you find it hard to negotiate price with the dealership?
ROLL UP THE WINDOW
Enjoy driving it while you can.
Nice car.
Question: Which platform work with Walmart for deliveries? I heard doordash stopped working with Walmart.
I do Walmart Spark
Great car. Have the windows tinted. Almost all cars here in Texas have tint.
In California people with very dark window tint do not want the police to see who they are and what they're smoking.

Fuel mileage is secondary to dependability.

@@josephbingham1255 Do regular maintenance and not be a lead foot, you shouldn't have any major issues.

Nissan aren't being sold over MSRP anymore and the dealerships aren't likely to discount heavily. I bought my SENTRA at the MSRP of $23,400.
@@AOMVideoProductions Here in Dallas, Nissan dealers are selling new 2024 Sentras for $5000 off
I got my Sentra SR Premium for $25k
They won't go below the MSRP for a Nissan Versa saying the mark up above invoice is only $500 to $700.
What’s your average mpg?
Around 26 in city, I haven't taken a road trip to see how many miles I get on avg
