Can't wait to see you on the big stage! Your name is being talked about more and more -- keep it up -- won't be long before you get some big opportunities!
I left this comment on Ryan's video but in case you hadn't seen it... I play guitar a lot and I have experienced the same numbness in the bottom two fingers you describe. The numbness issue went away for me by taking 3 weeks off from playing and resting my wrist. Not sure how helpful this is for you being an armwrestler. Just be mindful, this type of issue could get worse if you try to ignore it. Might want to see a doctor if it doesn't go away or gets worse. Huge fan! Looking forward to seeing you compete again.
Been weigh lifter for 14+ years the same numbness came to me at 7th-8th year of lifting eventually getting worse and had to take 2 yrs low intensity exercise routine. The cause is usually compression of the nerve between C5 and C6 of the cervical, looking at the intensity and heavy lifting you’re doing its best to release your sub scapularis and lats muscles with soft tissue massage plus try to engage your lats while bench pressing. Most quick relief i got was from dry needling therapy and nerve gliding exercises. Hope to see you continuing your gains mate 💪 just be careful to properly take care of rehab and general conditioning because these injuries are very difficult to deal with once aggravated to higher level and can get very depressing(speaking from personal experience)😊
Riekard has that rugby strength, that leg strength, the contributes massively to his overall power on the table. He best not forget how he got naturally strong in the first place. Many lesser arm-wrestlers think leg strength translates to nothing at the table, and that leg strength is built only in the gym - It is not. They see Levan and think being top heavy is enough to win. Levan is a freak, an exception.
Riekerd regarding the numbness in your hand that's your ulnar nerve and a common problem in aw, watch the video by voice of armwrestling called "Ulnar Nerve Glides and Flossing Exercises."
CZcams algorithm boosting comment 💪 ... just hope u don't push that elbow too far, no injuries, don't make many of the same mistakes most veteran AW made when they didn't know better, u know, the things they wish they knew for then, now. lookin really good man! keep it up!
You are insanely strong! Must be at lvl higher than schoolboy imo! Can u pls tell us how are u training? Rise like devon, cup with dumbells/false grip/handles on cable, roll like devon? Side pressure with handle + gym strength training? Insane, man... Would love to know how train...
Are you intending on competing in the heavyweight or super heavyweight division? Also, I’d like to see you compete at East v West or King Of The table venues, I think that you have awesome potential.
I think Bornman would win but Schoolboy wouldn’t take that match anyway. SB is no joke and extremely dangerous, but this dude is a Khaled level type of freak in terms of strength, especially hand and wrist. Incredible stuff.
RIEKERD Vs SCHOOLBOY!! Redeem your friend Ryan.

Leg strength has minimal carry over to arm wrestling buddy

Bro you're looking kuk strong. If you're ever in Cape town come down to the club I go to, we got some pretty strong guys there.
The club is called Table Vikings if you're curious.
more arm wrestling exercises coming? curious to see your numbers
Borman vs Schoolboy please make that happen
Schoolboy is too easy for Bornman, no joke. Schoolboy struggles with opponents that have a dominant hand. Bornman is close to Khaled in wrist strength
@@hanzo52 I know... I am Backing Bornmam in that matchup all the way from South Africa.
