All weights above 55-60 kgs do nothing for our health except making us fat. The most important fitness goal is not letting your weight get above 95 kgs with ability to run long distances on a regular basis. Being able to push heavy weights doesn't mean anything. 2 years ago I squated 230-250 kg after 8 year break, hospital and eating pills for 3 years at 192 cm/110 kg
I have nothing wrong with my health and all tests what doctor has taken from me are good or above average. So there’s nothing wrong with me. I had always traing all natural so any drugs won’t push my body down. If it works better for you to stay lean and lift smaller weights so keep it that way. I prefer be a bit fat and stronger than average Joe’s than to be lean and weak. I was 55kg skinny guy when I started to lift. For many years I was around 75kg. I started bulking and get huge gains for my results. So I know how it’s like to be skinny, average and bigger than average. Prefer to be last one.
