I don't wanna say they did it on purpose... for the ear pop thingy at least. I think that as almost every track being split in half, the album has to opposed and distinct vibes in its progression. At the beginning Hyperdrama goes undeniably H A R D, but as we progress through the album it settles down and has this more cinematic vibe to it certainly turning people away, even though it is a part of the listening experience. It's a shame you had to go through this, but sorry not sorry ¯ \ _ (ツ) _ / ¯
