Tbh I don’t think singularity is particularly weak, he’s just a killer who requires too much to get value out his power when other killers can do what he does better and easier
I think it's mainly the fact maps can play a large role, and slipstreaming survivors in chase is quite difficult for new players
@@theherobrine_ agreed. Not to mention on controller he is EXTREMELY clunky. I’ve been playing with him since he came out and I still find his power very clunky to use.

@@sherif7491 if you can get around his pretty high skill ceiling and dedicate time to learn how his pods work and when to teleport and all that. Then yes. But you’ll find out pretty quickly why you don’t see him in many games

He’s not exactly weak, it’s just that emps can be a bit too oppressive and getting a hang of using pods in chase takes a while to get used to

@tj9287 You say this, but MFT and hope can stack, leaving you at the same speed as killers like huntress and hag. Resilience also exists, and on top of that, you there's buckle up and for the people with power struggle and flip flop, which makes it near impossible to hook a survivor using these perks. You can't call killers broken when these perk combinations exist
That first game was my go-to build for Hux. He’s got a massive learning curve but he can be pretty great in the right hands with the right build.

I think the weakness has more to do with how easy it is for survivors to completely remove his power, rather than the power itself
Hux is definitely not weak :(. He's one of the strongest out there (coming from a Hux main)

This build is great! Stacking the speed boost from the addon with rapid brutality is nutty, but I will say that I think STBFL is a little unnecessary on Hux since he can just teleport to survivors to get his distance back, which STBFL discourages which in turn prevents some of the value you'd get from the family photo addon.

If you know how to play as this killer and you are not playing on the Hawkins Lab or Toba Landing - the Singularity is a pretty strong killer. People who say that The Singularity is a weak killer don't even want to play him and see his potential.
Every killer is OP when d3ad is playing them.

Been playing Chase Singularity for a while and it is an absolute blast. Ball glove + photo is incredible
If in order to make Sing work you need to run a specific addons and build only, means that this killer is in terrible place.
No not really, you can achieve the exact same results even with no perks or addons. Just be very aware of your surroundings, this killer is probably the one with the highest skill gap, stronger than nurse by a long shot but not new player friendly.

Try the pink aura reading add on and the purple one that reveals them when you hit them with a bipod or they get slipstreamed from another surv, same build but those two addons and it’s unreal

D3AD if you ever play singularity again theres a neat mindgame where you fake tp'n by exiting the pod barely before the teleport, works a treat
Everytime I do that like I’ve been doing more cause I’ve been playing him a lot and want to master him I do the fake to with the biopod survivors never fall for it

He's not weak, he just relies too much on 2 specific addons and dms to be effective.
Save is a bit much, you want their speed boost to run out before teleporting again.
They just need to make the movement speed of a survivor a tad slower when they use an emp. It’s too easy to disable him.

Tbh singularity is fine, but I feel like he'd be way better if the EMPs got a nerf. They shut his power down with zero downsides, they are WAY too good in their current state.

They are not too good, you are likely just not good with him. He could use some minor QOL and EMP's breaking when you hit a survivor, but other than that he's already a very strong killer with the time invested.

I think people have zero idea how to play him, he's the best killer imo, you get no distance if played right, bamboozle paired with his slipstream is insane, vaults do nothing, pallets do nothing because you break them very fast

I don’t see how singularity is a weaker killer. You can watch all the gens with him and once a survivor has the infection, chasing them is basically a guaranteed down.

Nah singularity’s isn’t weak at all he’s probably one the stronger ones I used to think he’s was pretty weak but I’ve picked him and looked at guides on him and I just haven’t lost a game in like 4 days he’s insane especially if you 3 gen with him it’s insane. He’s really strong at slugging uses rapid brutality insanely well as seen in the video he’s just insane if you know what your doing people think he’s weak cause they either don’t want to put in the time to learn him and you gotta know pod placement keeping everyone slippedstream as much as possible and just keeping up that pressure is super hard and I’m still learning new things on him.
He also has a huge counter which organized survivors will use constantly so your pods will do nothing and no one will be slipstreamed

@@Notwedsquidthat's the thing though he becomes hard to slipstream as they will always have emps and your pods will always be down so you either wait it out or go back to replace them which wastes time or you get stuck being a basic m1 and unfortunately it isn't the easiest to slipstream mid chase
@@quartzskull8772 it’s not the hardest to slipstream the thing is even if they have an emp and use it immediately slip stream them again that’s why knowing pod placement is important also I can replace pods like nothing I don’t need to waste time replacing them as well cause I can just replace them during chase plus if putting pods on gens your playing him wrong and it’s really easy to slip stream in chase you just gotta be fast some killers aren’t just for everyone he has one of the hardest killers to master so not everyone will take time to learn him and it’s fine it’s going to take me a while to fully master him playing just 4 days isn’t nothing cause I didn’t play him that much until now so the mmr on him isn’t the best, but it will take me a while to get the best out of singularity but I’m getting their.

Lol honestly youtubers gotta stop baiting. Singularity isnt used for a reason that purple addon is good dont get me wrong but sense emps exist the value is just horrible.
One issue with singulairty is that the addon should just be removed and be a extension of his main kit haste after slip stream and a better over clock.
Nerf emps knocking him out for so damn long maybe by half the initial lock out timer.
Slightly nerf emps on survivors preventing them from being slip streamed.
His addons are just horrible. The best combo is slip streaming everyone at the start and using the green addon so theres a terror radius on every makes catching them off guard so much easiar.
If they did this singulairty wouldnt be as. 1 final issue is the fact when slip streaming mid chase your killer is so damn slow when swapping in and out that a chase is completely unsalvageble.
Tbh the only way i can see him being useful is making a totem build out of him or making him a haste m1 killer relying on oblivious and slipstream so its very hard to find him.
Btw none of those perks your using arent good jolts good but some of these perks is what i see average killers run.
Also it doesnt break singularity cause 4 mans arent being caught regardless and the add on it self is what makes his tp not completely trash when trying to chase
