8:24 there is a great book on weightlifting by a guy named Rippetoe and in the early section about exercise he says the reason why modern man invented exercise is because he doesn’t really work anymore to live. There was a time in man’s history when the work he did to live was exercise, so exercise as a commodity wasn’t necessary. Those folks just lived.

Serious question. Why a poly rope over a nylon rope? Is the nylon too stiff? I made some tonight and they didn’t come out as nice but will still work

Run I back thru itself then tie a square knot not a over hand a square not if you tie an over hand the you will have to use knot wrench to get it undone

I have seen the video of those fellas rounding up cats and herding them, all scratched up supposedly by the cats. However we all know that it was by the women who woke up terrified in the morning because they had never seen such ugly fellas up that close before.
