Lots to love. awkward separation between the kitchen and sorjourno though. Understandable as most dining will be done out on the terrace which is lovely! What really ticks my boxes is the accessibility! Come on 2025 - Canadians want in too!
Yes! The accessibility is fabulous and you really can live without a car because the train station is so close and you can get anywhere on the train. Mola is an amazing place. I love shopping for the fresh produce and fruits and the butcher shops have all kinds of amazing things already prepared and you just put it in the oven. I cannot say enough great this about this town.

Yes that is the down side of these ground floor apartments in Mola and elsewhere in Puglia.. However from the kitchen you get lots of light and the front door is glass but I know what you mean. I like lots of windows.
