Brand new furnace and it appears that the humidifier is functioning. However, still very dry through the house. The humidistat is even turned on to 45%. Please advise.

It is an Aprilaire 550
Anybody watching this video should note, never clean the water distribution tray, the tray in the video is ruined. it was ruined already when he took it off, the tray should have a sandy tan grit on the bottom of it , this makes the water distribute evenly onto the tray and down the water pad. About 9 out of 10 people make this mistake and if you don’t replace the distribution tray after cleaning the grit off of it, it will work very inefficient
