Emmylou and Phil are like a beauty and the beast in a sense. I mean, he was a dope smuggler, a friend of Charles Manson, a member of Hells Angels, then stole the Gram Parsons' body, etc. But he's a great man.
Love the song but I used to have a stereo record player where I could rotate the balance all the way BOTH ways and hear Frank Reckard's riffs and fills. Great. Please dial him.up....reminds me of Mick Taylor.
Which one? The Emmy and Oscar nominated filmmaker with lots of interviews since the early 1990's? If that's what we're talking about the legendary Philip Kaufman - chances are we're right.
Russell Harty was the worst chat show presenter on British tv at the time. He had a reverse-Midas touch and could make the most interesting guests ordinary. His interviews with lovely women were often uncomfortable (he was gay - yet Graham Norton has no problem). I remember a car-crash interview with him and the wonderful young Diana Rigg and Grace Jones hit him out of annoyance :)
Vaya con dios go with god emmy lou i will miss you and your voice forever i think lovely and lovable later maybe i can hope Loki finn
She has always been so humble and unassuming. That is what I love about her. She is a real sweet soul. God bless her xxx
Emmy is a delight in any setting.
The best was yet to come. Beautiful lady.
Born to Run.
1hat year is this?
March 1982.
After 1975 she mentions . . .
Tour of Europe?
Beautiful songs.
I LOVE the 70's !!!!
Good thing Emmylou kept her sense of humor
This is really something.
Wow..she's beautiful. Always has been. And such a voice. She knows she's good. LOL
Never knew she had such a sweet sense of humour. Always a class act.

I think Emmy saw how Phil tried hard to keep Gram alive, but it was not to be.

Ain't this great? I loves me some Emmylou and some Hot Band.
Willie Nelson said there are two types of men, those that are in love with Emmy Lou and those that have never met her…
What cat woman perfection .
I gather that's a Phil Kaufman interview.

That was awkward when Mangler came on there.
That TV host was cringeworthy.
Very insensitive about Gram,

Hate to say it but Kaufman is a, fill in the blank.
