Obviously, I’m an idiot, but it looks like there’s a second hurricane trying to form off of this hurricane has that ever happened???
Invest 96-L has gone from a 60% chance of forming into a tropical storm over the next 7 days down to a 20-30% chance due to Saharan sands helping to break it apart. It could still pose a threat, but it's looking less likely.
No there is not. It will not be able to form because Beryl has used up all of the ingredients necessary. Also the dry air and Saharan dust will prevent it as well. Only a 20% chance for it to become a depression. Hopefully that clears up confusion
