Lindsay Del Carlo demonstrates when and how to "pot up" or replant tiny tomato seedlings into larger individual containers so they can grow successfully until ready to plant into the garden.
Thank you Lindsay for this very important learning information. I am handling Very Precious cargo here. I have been given Roma Tomato Seeds that have been harvested and replanted in this family for over 100 years. This is my 1st time planting seeds and raising plants of any kind. I am Very Thankful for your online instructions. I will follow your directions to the letter. Thank You Very Much & God Bless You & Your Family.
Hi thanks for the video. I live in Alaska and have my first indoor tent setup. I recently successfully sprouted 6 tomato seeds and they are about 3" tall and very healthy under the LED. Since I will be potting my next step will be to figure a good soil to use (eventually I want to make my own) and also a good nutrient and general feeding schedule for the plant. Anyway thanks for the vid again, very informative for my next step in the process.
You repotted in potting soil as well? What do I do differently in a tropical climate. Our winter average is 70 degrees but we get cold fronts in January and February.

Tomatoes like warm weather
What soil did you use?
Any organic potting mix from your nursery will do
What about watering
You definitely want to water after you transplant, and daily while the seedlings are small.
That is not tomato
Yes they are tomato seedlings some have different leaf types
I do not want to see anymore adds!!!
