If you cover with gohan, he can't Rr, since you'll take a dragon ball, even if has all of them. No one uses this, it's so useful.

Rakishin you can, but it’s tricky since if they have card draw speed they can draw a card with dragon ball on it and screw you over.
You would need to keep track of exactly how much Ki they have and how many arts cards they’ve used.
