    it really depends on the ingredients you use... I made this with whole wheat flour and it was still good!

    amen! also, mashed potatoes CAN be healthy - no need to substitute for cauliflower. just don't add tons of butter or other unhealthy fats

    WTH. That’s not healthier. How is flour healthy? How is CORN flakes healthy- bc there’s no fat? WTH! The mash is great though
