- Have you heard of the Mast Fold Tattoo Machine by Dragonhawk?
In this video we will dive into an in depth review on this tattoo machine kit from Dragonhawk. We will unbox , we will take a close up look, we will check out the design and build, we will wrap the machine, test the performance and more!
For me personally I feel that the Mast Fold tattoo machine is an all around solid machine and especially for the price point. I give the Mast Fold a 4 out of 5 stars and a thumbs up heres why. I personally like the performance of the machine. It packs black and color, lines with small needles and larger needles, we can adjust the stroke from 2.2, 2.7, 3.0, 3.3, 3.6, 4.2. So out the box we get access to many profiles for all styles of tattoos.
I gave this machine 4 out of 5 stars because of sterilization. For me personally and this is a personal liking thing, I want my machines to be as easy to take apart as possible. I also want my machine to be able to come apart in a manor that allows me to access every single nook and cranny.
This for me is probably the only thing that I can't fully get behind with this machine but other than that, the Mast Fold is a machine that any tattoo artist of any caliber can use and appreciate.

This is the exact setup I had been teaching myself in and I agree with everything you have to say on it. Great starter machine. Recently went to a bishop wand shader and an FK EXO for lining. I will always keep my fold as my first decent machine! Thanks man!

You could adjust it while wrapped, with my flip I just leave a little slack in my wrap. Just enough to get one click at a time
Pen looks super sexy and one of the coolest adjustable stroke,a 5/5 for sure
