And as much as the new kids need our support they also don't need any sugar-coated assessment. Mumble rap is a disposable art and should be treated as such.

Frankfurt Germany 1998!! He ripped it like for 2hrs non stop. Finished up and crowd went crazy saying "We want more"!! KRS-1 came back out and ripped freestyles over beats and accapella.
I've seen him perform 6 times. Best part was the interaction with fans after the show. Not to mention when he allows fans to breakdance on stage while performing. I call that HIP HOP.
I've seen 35+ hip-hop shows and 60+ shows over all and KRS and The Roots were far and away better than ANYBODY I've ever seen. And I've seen some monster performers. Blastmaster will have your chin on your chest live....you gotta see him, friend.
