Honestly I really hope someone with power in the admin NP group realise how much fun and RP Conan provides to the audience, so many cop characters deserve a reality check / someone happy to press their buttons while technically not being in the wrong. Facts is: Conan comes in doesn't present himself professionally to other cops that may not be in his click. Doesn't try to inform himself of things he missed while not on duty. Yeah he's still not a full cop and he's acting like a full cop above the chain. Doesn't realize his actions affect other cops. While it's easy to say cops go get shot right now PD is playing it safe because they don't have the manpower to be constantly be in shoot outs. Moral is already low in the PD imagine if one cop gets away with making tensions higher and then not coming around for a few days to deal with teh consequences.
