Here's what the packet says 'Bold aroma and flavour of fresh, juicy raspberries with a brilliant sharp lime finish. Wonderfully thirst quenching and moreish.'
And it is hard to disagree. This was the second time I had made a cider using the Mangrove Jacks cider kits and they consistently make great cider brews that are easy crowd pleasers. And I would happily argue they rival a store bought option (and at a fraction of the cost).
Super easy to make and will definitely be making again.
