We blacks elsewhere are truly representing Africa and black greatness everywhere we go. For we blacks to be the best in the world, despite representing other countries, already shows our people and the people of Africa are the best globally, even when we do give others the opportunity to train with and learn from us. This is simply an area where we are genetically blessed.

What does this contrast mean? It shows how dedicated training can transform athletic performance. Omanyala's remarkable progress, improving his personal best from 10.4 seconds to an impressive 9.7 seconds, proves that even small gains in speed can lead to significant improvements with the right guidance and training routine.

@@ashleybrown3305no it was at altitude. Wind legal. But altitude allows for running faster times because of less wind resistance. He only runs this fast in Kenya.
