RV Life | Preparing for the Hurricane Season

While this video will not be a full tutorial or survival guide, it will showcase some of the early hurricane season preparations. When we lived in the house, and something was in the Gulf threatening; we had our plan. We have yet to fully prepare and test the new plan for RV Life preparations.
No doubt - living in an RV during hurricane season can be challenging, and to be honest, a little scary. But with some planning and practice you can get a routine down that will help you remember when the times comes to execute said plan.
With a tropical depression in the Gulf, I chose to use this time to gather some minor provisions for sustained power and water. I also planned ahead with some food items, grabbing some items for the pantry. Additionally, I cleaned up the patio in preparation to tuck it away for a storm.
It is important to note that the weather is unpredictable, and storms can change drastically in a short period of time. While this is not a survival guide, it is a quick conversation in some things to think about for hurricane season in general, as well as some practices for RV life.
