So for some context , Drake was largely on Nickelodeon in the Amanda show as well as Drake and Josh. This came out along with the release of the docuseries “quiet on set: the dark side of kids TV,“ in the third episode of that docuseries drake publicly tells his story of sexual abuse at the hands of former dialogue coach Brian Peck, it was the first time he had told his story publicly

Interesting. I didn't know any of this information and barely remember this actor. His story, told through this video and song touched me, especially as the tune is catchy & uplifting, against the backdrop of some harsh experiences. Poignant combination. Soy mexicana 🇲🇽🌮🌯 y he sido fan de drake Bell desde que yo tenia 8 años yo se que la mayoría no entiende las referencias en el video me puedo llegar a equivocar pero se las voy a explicar
1. El niño entrando con el señor al remolque representa a drake y a su abusador Brian peck
2. Drake leccionado en el coche representa el accidente que tuvo drake hace unos años accidente que casi le cuesta la vida y por el cual perdió gran parte de su dentadura.
3.drake sentado con las demas personas en forma circular representa que drake tuvo que acudir a rehabilitación por consumir sustancias tóxicas.
4.la ecena en donde le cierran la puerta y los zapatos y peluches en la caja representan que su ex esposa lo abandonó y se llevo lejos a su hijo con ella.
5.la escena de la recamara representa a la recamara de la serie drake y josh

In his video at 3:17 , the reason why u feel like uve heard it before is because he uses a sample of the drake and josh song found my way. U didnt sing along with "see whats inside" as a kid ??😂
