Asmr helps me prevent from punching co workers in the face.
For me, ASMR doesn’t make me sleepy unless I’m already tired. ASMR is great background noise and gives my brain something to listen to while I work when music is too distracting :P

I've gone into a candle store once and tapped on many of them for a good 15 minutes (like holding the candle up to my ear) because I had seen your other candle videos and wanted one of my own.
I later was kicked out of the store.
