It is Meggy’s VA Elise Lovelock singing. (The credits list it as Meggy but that Makes no sense as she isn’t anywhere in this WOTFI AT ALL. So in gonna say it’s just her VA singing (which it is but) like they do in shows sometimes.)

@@glennparker7028I’ve felt the SMG4 is sorta avoiding showing Meggy and Tari after western spaghetti to gave more limelight to other characters.
OR since whoever this tv entity is, they unknowingly resisted getting wrapped up in another “show” Think about it. Why did pretty everyone else become workers or patrons of this casino all for this one day?
Something is definitely up, that much is clear.

What I get from this is either another Movie or an Arc is due with a Part 3 to the TV character.
The question is after One Shot Ren and Marty who will be the next target? We may have to wait until 2024 to find out.
