  • I bought a walker and first thing I did was went home to make a video for all you to see. I have no braces and this is 1 year and 6 months after my accident of being paralized from breaking my T5 vertabrate. I have been working hard to get this far but still a long road ahead to go. I will be married next year May and plan on walking in the wedding with no walker. Goes to show that whatever you put your mind to you can do. Dont ever give up on anything. God Bless!!!

I'm in therapy still for this. My walking is much better now. This was first video I had made almost 3 years ago now. Check out new video. I will have an updated version here soon after I get about another few months of therapy.

So i been getting some private messages from people that have similar problems and cant walk. I want you to know that I was told that I would never ever even feel my legs again... But Im sorry mans words I dont believe. God is the one that has the last say in everything we do and my faith in him and not letting go his word is what has got me this far and will get me to a full recovery. Its up to you how much you believe deep in your heart that you can walk and change your life...

@sistersister1969 I just with time gained movement slowly. I always try to move my legs and noticed I could almost stand when getting out my pickup truck into the wheelchair so I attempted it. That was first try. Plus I would walk up and down the stairs in my house using the railings for support.

Have you tried forearm crutches? They're harder than the walker, but you can do much more with them.

ОК. It's less weight on hands and a knee inside by preparation for a step - it'll be better, feet will go.
