They both are Light Lyric Sopranos. Leona has better technique when it comes to hitting C6 and higher. But.....Ariana is more consistent with her head voice & vocal runs as high as E6. Leona tends to only stop at B5 in her look I've concerts. Just my opinion ;)
+Raf Lurv Leona can whistle with resonance. Unlike Ariana's studio vocal. Agreed her head voice is not bad but she can't whistle. That squeaky mess is not a real whistle tone. Lol

Remember her Summertime, Sorry Seems to be the Hardest Word, First Cut is the Deepest performances (amongst others). She was more mobile. She's stepped it up now, though. She has come very far, though just generally. She's great.

We've really witnessed quite a growth and when I saw her Rock in Rio videos I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Her tour will be brilliant.
