I was born in 1959. And today i am 64 i was born on October 23rd. I absolutely love this song. I think i will need to play this song toady and see how many will wish me a happy birthday.
It is unusual that I get a birthday wish from someone I do not know. Are you one of the singers in the band. If not are you from the UK or from abroad. And are you married. Sorry to ask questions sometimes I have had scammers send me messages. I block them if I do not know who they are.
We've never seen the Beatles perform these songs live, as they were primarily a studio band. How beautiful to see the Analogues recreate the magic and live! So special.
The Beatles quit playing live because the audiences became too loud to the point they couldn't hear themselves play. They decided to only make songs in the studio that at that time couldn't be played live.
There is absolutely nobody out there re-creating all of these Beatles songs note for note and spot on perfectly like these amazing people do… As I’ve said on other videos of theirs, I have been following them and watching and listening to these fantastic re-creations for years, and they truly are the best!!
THE BEST BEATLES IMMITATORS GREAT even the very small details of sound instrument. Used . analogue keep playing ur GREAT and sensitive ears. Great. Band ANALOGUE mabuhay..frm philippines.
The group that really feel respect for the music of The Beatles, that´s the way, that the four fabs, dreamed to play his music, when all growed like musicians.
Absolutely stunning! He could have been singing along to the original. I’m a musician who knows The Beatles inside out, and The Analogues truly are as good as the originals, thanks to Bart and the rest of the band who make perfectionists look sloppy! Thanks you one and all! PS Please come to England again soon!!
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band was the first Long Play what I bought and then I was 17. I loved and listened to the entire record about one million of times. Today, January 28 2021, I turn 64. It seemed so distant but time is unstoppable. Anyway, I haven't lost my hair and I can do more than fix the fuse when the light goes out. And I still love this record.
Fenomenal, fantástico, brillante uff ya no tengo más palabras para describir está hermosa canción interpretada por los Análogos incomparables músicos, mil felicitaciones!
This literally made me cry. And I am not of the Beatles generation. I cried because of how meticulously faithful these guys are to the original and how that touched the thankful British audience here.
I watch this one over and over. I love the percussionist with the pipes, gongs, whatever they are. I love his face, his pleasure. I know it must be hard to get the beat count right on something that looks so simple. I also check out Fred Gehring, the singer and usual drummer. You can see that he has been singing this song to himself for decades. Listening to the record you get no idea of how complex and wonderful this silly little ditty is! Paul was only 25 when he wrote this.
When I get older losing my hair Many years from now Will you still be sending me a Valentine Birthday greetings bottle of wine If I'd been out till quarter to three Would you lock the door Will you still need me, will you still feed me When I'm sixty-four You'll be older too And if you say the word I could stay with you I could be handy, mending a fuse When your lights have gone You can knit a sweater by the fireside Sunday mornings go for a ride Doing the garden, digging the weeds Who could ask for more Will you still need me, will you still feed me When I'm sixty-four Every summer we can rent a cottage In the Isle of Wight, if it's not too dear We shall scrimp and save Grandchildren on your knee Vera, Chuck and Dave Send me a postcard, drop me a line Stating point of view Indicate precisely what you mean to say Yours sincerely, wasting away Give me your answer, fill in a form Mine for evermore Will you still need me, will you still feed me When I'm sixty-four
Listening to this and Simon & Garfunkel's "Old Friends" back then, those ages seemed as remote as the Dark Ages. Paul S was right in "Old Friends": How terribly strange to be 70. Paul M gave aging humor; Paul S gave it angst. Love them both forever. This group is new to me, but I'm sure happy that YT put it in my recce list.
64 today ......I was 11 when this came out.......time flies kids
Almost there! And the future came so soon!
Same here!
I'm 25 now and I can't believe where the time's gone!
We're all tears in rain and that for me is enough.

I'm 64 today and mentioned this to my wife, she said of course she will. ❤
Was a kid when I first heard this song on the radio now I’m pushing 71 years old never thought I make it this far but I’m still here
Now I am 77 years old I still love this good song.
I was born in 1959. And today i am 64 i was born on October 23rd. I absolutely love this song. I think i will need to play this song toady and see how many will wish me a happy birthday.
Happy birthday Carol. Many more!
@@stephenmiley4289 Do I know you. Thankyou for the birthday wishes if I do know you that's if I do know you.

I just like this song and I saw your comment. Decided to wish you a happy birthday. I'm not married and I live in the states. Enjoy your day!
I was about 16 when I first heard this song on the radio I’m now 70
Time sure does fly
Look at all the old people in the audience, They were kids when The Beatles first came along.
Damn, that's mind-blowing.
Yeah, I still remember buying that LP for the first time. When I heard that song I thought :"64 ? That's way way far away...
And now I am 73.
Everyone there was...they were just remembering the good old times which will never come again
This song was pure McCartney genius, the clarinets and bells were magic.
the Genius was George Martin. Paul never wrote a note that the clarinetists are playing.
Quite so..🤙🏻
64 tomorrow😊
@@theshift3607 Many happy birthday wishes, you've made it.
Lucky who knew this song and then turned 64 years old.
Haha, I am......!
Me, since my youngest days(17) until 70.Oh God I'm too old. Ha, ha.
I am turning to 64 this week
I am lucky. Today is the day

Beatles forever = The Analogues forever.... simply marvelous
I met The Beatles' "When I'm Sixty-Four" when I was 19 years old. I'm 72 years old now, but 64 years old passed by without doing anything.
Perfect.. the best Beatles cover
No the best Beatles cover/interpretation is Eleanor Rigby by the Australian band The Zoot.
I sang this song to my wife on her 60th birthday, when I was ..... nearly 64! Result - yes, she still needs me and still feeds me 😀😀
Such a tremendous amount of talent on that stage.
Way beyond unbelievable!! You guys are SMASHINGS!!
Veira, Chuck and Dave would surely love this cover
I'm pretty sure they're all 64, watching in the audience.
He sang that song really good
Everything is perfect. All the souns we listen in the Beatles version are here. It is...like magic. Gosh, who are you? Where are you from: Heaven:?
We've never seen the Beatles perform these songs live, as they were primarily a studio band. How beautiful to see the Analogues recreate the magic and live! So special.
They became a studio band because their creativity grew exponentially which meant more time in the studio ...
The Beatles quit playing live because the audiences became too loud to the point they couldn't hear themselves play. They decided to only make songs in the studio that at that time couldn't be played live.
As far as I know, Paul McCartney's never done it live, either.
There is absolutely nobody out there re-creating all of these Beatles songs note for note and spot on perfectly like these amazing people do… As I’ve said on other videos of theirs, I have been following them and watching and listening to these fantastic re-creations for years, and they truly are the best!!

Even nailed the Scottish accent on "yourrr knee"!! I love this band more than I can say.
Ricardo its a shame the Beatles were Liverpudlian
I'm pretty sure he's just nailing his own accent
Glenn Davey just listen to the original recording carefully.

Tubular bells -nice eh. Used in orchestral music quite a lot
2:20 would love to hear the guitar works as in the original
He plays the same notes as the original , but it needed to be turned up in the mix at this point.

When I get older losing my hair
Many years from now
Will you still be sending me a Valentine
Birthday greetings bottle of wine
If I'd been out till quarter to three
Would you lock the door
Will you still need me, will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four
You'll be older too
And if you say the word
I could stay with you
I could be handy, mending a fuse
When your lights have gone
You can knit a sweater by the fireside
Sunday mornings go for a ride
Doing the garden, digging the weeds
Who could ask for more
Will you still need me, will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four
Every summer we can rent a cottage
In the Isle of Wight, if it's not too dear
We shall scrimp and save
Grandchildren on your knee
Vera, Chuck and Dave
Send me a postcard, drop me a line
Stating point of view
Indicate precisely what you mean to say
Yours sincerely, wasting away
Give me your answer, fill in a form
Mine for evermore
Will you still need me, will you still feed me
When I'm sixty-four
wonderful cover!
