Jamaican Beef Patty Recipe | How to make the best Jamaican patties

Hope you really enjoy this beef patty recipe. This is one of my favourite snacks!
Ingredients List (For Patty Filling):
750g Steak Mince 5% Fat
1 Large Brown Onion
6 Cloves of Garlic
Thumb-Sized Piece of Ginger
Bunch of Thyme
200ml of Chicken Stock
1.5tbsp Caribbean Curry Powder
1tbsp All-purpose Seasoning
1tbsp Mixed Herbs
1 tsp All-Spice/Pimento Seasoning
1tsp Salt
1tsp Ground Black Pepper
Ingredient List (For Pastry Dough)
5 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
315g of Unsalted Butter
1tsp Caribbean Curry Powder
1tsp Turmeric
1tsp Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1 cup of Ice cold water (add it a tablespoon at a time)
