Currently living in An Thuong. My wife and I are heading to Canada for a year after almost 2 years total in Da Nang. When we return, I will purchase a motorcycle. I need something that will carry 2 comfortably for journeys around Vietnam, as well as in town. I was considering the Triumph 400 but the rear seat is going to be an issue for my wife, so one of the larger scooters is in the plan. 300-400 cc should be comfortable enough for the boss.
I've ridden motorcycles since I was 12 and I do understand that riding here and other parts of Asia is a different skill to learn. Thanks for this video. It shows how the game is played. ;-)
Honda makes the SH scooter in 300cc ... it's a solid machine. you can add a trunk box for back support for your wife and for groceries, rain gear, helmets, etc.
@@chuckmyntti Yes, I've been researching the SH. Nice, good quality machine. Slightly smaller than my 1.8 ltr. Honda Goldwing but one adapts. Cheers.
