If you're not, welcome to wipe. :)
Here's a little walkthrough of sorts, to get you through the Woods map. Unlocking Jaeger is one of the first quests to complete, and can be challenging if you are new. Hopefully this will help you out!
Admittedly, this is the first time I got through it unscathed. Not one PMC or Scav run in, despite being only a few hours since wipe.

Can I not access this quest anymore by getting to level two?? Just started wipe and inspected everything am level two no mechanic quest showing up
I believe you have to accept gunsmith part 1 before it will show up. Sometimes the game takes a bit to recognize your level or achievements. Sometimes I'll restart the game or run a scav while its waiting to give me a task!

@@blakcat013 okay no doubt, what level are you by now? I'm hoping to have a decent wipe as this will be my first one where I actually am familiar/memorized with most the maps and items. I used last wipe to totally fuck on and learn so now I'ma try and be serious. Working full time is tricky though.
@@JstPF-93 Not super far, only level 9. Had some things come up in the past two weeks and haven't been able to no life it lol. I dont mind tho! going to take my time and do little quest videos like this when i can along the way! have a good wipe my man!
Bro how can i learn the map?
i dont now where the escapes are and where am i and where i need to go!
Its tough. Like the rest of this game lol.
Your best bet is to pull up a map on a second screen, heres the ones i use:
mapgenie.io/tarkov/maps/woods
You can also go in offline, and look around doing that, fight a couple scavs. Learn the map that way.
Scavs are also really helpful with learning the way of the land!
