1) SMELL GOOD; generally, smell good makes you look expensive, and have a signature scent. It shouldn't be expensive.
2) GOOD HYGIENE; GOOD nails, face oil, good make-up.
3) HAIR: I'm a Black girl. You don't have to have the most expensive hair... The ponytail is the best.
4) blazers; wearing a jean and a shirt than a blazer complementing it. Do some heels... Like Zara...
5) JEWELRY; is a huge part of looking expensive. It put an outfit together. Having simple jewelry will do a lot to your look. Simple jewelry goes a long way
Nude make up is the key. Full lash is good too.
Most important thing is how you carry yourself. How do you behave in public, if you're not kind then everything is a waste
